Principle overview
DLDZ series electric automatic backwash filter consists of filter body, differential pressure switch, program controller, drain valve and cleaning actuator.
When there is a dirty substance in the filter body, the differential pressure switch sends the detected differential pressure signal to the program controller, and the program controller processes the signal, instructs the cleaning actuator to perform the cleaning work, and simultaneously instructs the drain valve to open for sewage discharge.
1.Filtering state
The plane of the valve plate is parallel to the axis of the cylinder and the drain valve is closed. At this time, the water flow directly enters the inside of the filter cylinder from the inlet, through the filter screen, and is discharged from the outlet.
2.Back washing state
The plane of the valve plate is perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder, and the drain valve is opened. At this time, the water flows from the inlet into the front end of the filter cylinder, and the water flow is blocked by the valve plate, and can only enter the outside of the filter cartridge from the front end mesh, and most of it flows out from the outlet.
And because drain outlet is opened, the pressure of the water in the rear part of the filter cartridge is reduced, so a part of the water is backflushed into the mesh cylinder from the mesh of the rear section of the filter, then the particles on the screen flow out from drain out.
